Orientation:

     Here begins your new opportunities, communicate with the staff member for more information and to acknowledge about our new plans to develop you as a leader, professional and as an engineer. Also show your interest in develop your self, joining and participating actively in the comities of your preference:

Social activities:

   Will be in charge of the initiation, parties and other activities of confraternitation. Think that you are able to contribute to the atmosphere development directed to diversion & formalism, creativity and innovation, friendship and socialization; then what delays you write to Carolyn Faria.

Outreach:

    One sets out to educate the different advisors, teachers and students on the different types from engineering. Celebrate the EWeek or week of engineering at national level. It is very possible that many of us we did not receive the direction who we waited for, before arriving at the UPRM, but that you think if we shared our enriching experience, creativity and ideas with young people who need to you lead like us to take a step towards the challenging race of engineering. What do you think? Come on !!!

Adopt a Highway:

   A program developed for maintenance, reconstruction and development of a recreational area forehead to our Enclosure. You would say when seeing old man reading a newspaper or mothers with they children taking a walk by the road full of the sand-stone that you cleaned and you maked walking, in that case write to Jocelyn Román.

Charity:

    Is in charge to plan and to develop activities with the community. The last year they visited aged people, some members worked in camping’s for special young people and collected money for UNICEF (young needed at national level)… This year want that you get up yourself to these so pretty works that they help the development of the human being… Mirgery Medina waits for your email.

Research:

    A group directed to find the different causes by which a good number of women studies engineering in our Colegio and Puerto Rico, unlike very many other universities that do not have nor one fourth part of which we. Mission report of the National SWE is to inspire to youngsters that they see engineering like a desirable race for them. We like BEFORE, NOW AND ALWAYS…" Colegio! " ... we want to teach to them that Puerto Rico does better and to give the tools to increase the presence them of the woman in this competitive race.

Trips Comitee:

   A group directed to the planning of the program of participation in the Conferences National and Regional. In 2005's Conference a group of 34 members enjoyed the national conference in California and 4 in the regional one in Trimming, Florida. Many speak of the great opportunities of races, development as you lead and professionals and of the amused thing that was to be all sharing… Come on write to Alexandra Martínez and participate in the National and Regional Conference.
